Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped.
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy
- At IRAAYAE, we are committed to delivering premium quality ethnic wear and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
- Returns and exchanges are applicable only to selected products. Detailed return eligibility and product-specific conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages.
- For most products, the standard return/exchange window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests are accepted in the following cases:
- Size-related issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defects
- Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The product must not contain perfume smell, makeup stains, alterations, or damage caused after delivery
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
- Return & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Missing item in the parcel
- Verified manufacturing defect
Please Note
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
- Size-related issues
- Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Customized or made-to-order products
Once the returned product is received and verified by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 4–7 working days through the original payment method.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- In case of size exchange, reverse shipping or exchange shipping charges may apply.
- No shipping charges will be applied if the issue is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product sent by us.
- If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
Important Return Guidelines
- Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of usage, washing, damage, perfume, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Return or exchange requests raised after the allowed return period will not be accepted.
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Unboxing Video Requirement
For claims related to wrong products, missing items, damaged products, or defective items, an unedited unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the package is mandatory.
- This helps us verify issues quickly and provide a fair resolution for both sides.
- Quality Check & Approval
- All returned products undergo a quality inspection after being received at our warehouse.
- IRAAYAE reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests based on the condition of the returned product.
